Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the sale of goods and services from KAAAM / GEKKO (Kenneth Ødeskaug). The seller is based in Norway, so sales are governed by Norwegian consumer law — including the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, the Marketing Control Act and the E-commerce Act — which give consumers rights that cannot be waived.

1. The parties
Seller: Kenneth Ødeskaug (KAAAM / GEKKO), org. no. 926 995 685, Ullerudbakken 31, 1447 Drøbak, Norway. Email: president@kaaam.no. Phone: +47 408 83 334. The buyer is the consumer who places the order.

2. Prices
All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude shipping. Prices for commissions and custom work are agreed individually before the work begins.

3. Ordering and agreement
An order placed via the contact form or by email is binding once you submit it. The agreement is concluded when the seller confirms it. For commissions, a separate cooperation agreement may apply, and 25% of the total may be invoiced up front.

4. Payment
The seller may request payment from the time the goods are dispatched, or as agreed for commissions. Products bought through external shops (Etsy, Spreadshirt) are paid for on those platforms under their own terms.

5. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the product or project and are agreed individually. Risk for the item passes to the buyer once it has been received.

6. Right of withdrawal
For standard goods bought online, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. This right does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised — for example custom-decorated shoes, custom clothing or commissioned art. To use the right of withdrawal, notify the seller within 14 days of receiving the item.

7. Defects and complaints
If an item is defective, notify the seller within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect, and within the statutory complaint period. Your rights follow the Consumer Purchases Act.

8. Personal data
The seller processes personal data in line with the Privacy Policy. Please see the Privacy Policy page for details.

9. Disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. The parties should first try to resolve any dispute amicably. Consumers may also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet, www.forbrukerradet.no).

Note: This is a plain-English summary of KAAAM / GEKKO's standard terms, based on Norwegian consumer-sales terms. For a fully binding version, we recommend professional legal review.
